Because our primary products are consumable craft meads<sup><\/sup>, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. We will, however, gladly offer a full refund or exchange if your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided 30 days have not passed since your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return on non-consumable merchandise (such as apparel or stubby holders<sup><\/sup>), your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following items are exempt from being returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mead bottles that have been opened or have broken wax seals (unless the product is inherently faulty)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event tickets or tasting room bookings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong> Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Late or missing refunds<\/strong> If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at via our website contact form<sup><\/sup> or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sale items<\/strong> Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong> We only replace mead or merchandise if they are defective, faulty, or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, contact us and send your item to our Maddingley brewery<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gifts<\/strong> If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><br>To return your product, you should mail it to:<br>Pour Decisions Brewing<br>6 Peelmans Lane<br>Maddingley, Victoria 3340<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-defective merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Note: If you are returning mead becaus<sup><\/sup>e it arrived damaged or defective, please contact us first so we can arrange to cover the shipping or provide a replacement without requiring a return).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
